Engineer — Systems & AI

You'll build the core of kynikOS: the Rust services, the Postgres data layer, and the agentic loop that turns a one-line message into a booked table, a pushed workout, or a rebuilt week.
What you'll do
Own whole verticals end to end — calendar, training, travel, voice — from schema to prompt to shipped feature.
Integrate the physical world: Garmin, WHOOP, Telegram, telephony, flight and hotel APIs.
Shape the engineering culture of a product that values silence over engagement.
What we look for
Strong with Rust (or deep systems experience in Go/C++ and keen to switch) and comfortable in SQL.
Experienced shipping LLM-backed features to real users — and honest about where they break.

Product Designer
Full-time · Lisbon, Portugal · Product & design systems
You'll own how kynikOS looks and feels everywhere — the calm dashboard, the landing pages, the conversation itself. Design for a product whose best interaction is the one that doesn't happen.
What you'll do
Own the design system (Figma + code) and keep web, Telegram, and watch surfaces coherent.
Design dense, calm interfaces — closer to an instrument panel than a marketing page.
Prototype with real data and ship alongside engineers; your Figma is one PR away from production.
Define how an assistant communicates: tone, timing, and when to say nothing.
What we look for
Excellent in Figma above all — components, variables, and token systems engineers can build from directly.
A systems thinker with taste — typography and spacing matter to you at the pixel level.
Fluent in modern web (you can express your intent in HTML/CSS, ideally Tailwind/React).
Drawn to products that respect attention instead of farming it.
