The attention economy is designed to keep you inside it. Calendars fill themselves. Notifications demand responses. Booking a restaurant is a ten-minute task that produces three confirmation emails. The people with more time are not smarter or more disciplined — they have someone handling the details. We built kynikOS to be that someone.

The assistant handles the mechanics and then goes quiet. It books the table by phone in the local language, pushes a workout calibrated to your Garmin recovery score, rebooks the flight when the connection drops, and sends one morning brief that covers all of it. It does not send a notification to tell you it sent a notification. Done means done.

Privacy is not a feature we added — it is the premise. Your raw wearable metrics never reach any external AI; only derived categorical bands ever inform the assistant. You connect each integration explicitly, and every action the assistant takes is written to a plain-language history you can open and read. We are incorporated in Estonia, your data is hosted in Switzerland — which the EU recognises as adequate for GDPR data — and we treat GDPR as a floor, not a ceiling.
